My purchase did not show up in the game. What do I do?

Check your Internet connection - it must be stable enough to add a purchase to the game. If the connection was interrupted during or immediately after the purchase, then restart the device, log in to the game again and check if the purchase has showed up.

It can take up to 24 hours from the moment you made a payment to the purchased item showing up in the game. If the purchase has not showed up after that, please contact our support service and don't forget to specify the following information:
1. You're 
game ID;
2. The exact number of items purchased;
3. Approximate payment time;
4. For Google Play purchases, the GPA number of the purchase;
5. For App Store purchases, a screenshot of the receipt with the name of the purchase.

The receipt is sent to the email of the profile from which the purchase was made. More detailed information on the purchase history can be found in the user support section on the Apple and Google websites.
