You used to be able to make purchases in the game, but now something is wrong.
- Internet connection issues - the connection must be stable in order to process purchases, so we recommend using Wi-Fi or at least 3G/4G.
- Temporary app store issues - all in-game purchases are processed by the store from which the game was downloaded (App Store, Google Play). Perhaps the store is overloaded and cannot process your request. Please wait a few hours and try to make a purchase again.
- Store app issues - they can usually be resolved by restarting the device.
You have never made purchases in the game or other apps.
- Payment data error - cancel the payment method and add a new one in the appropriate sections of the App Store or Google Play.
- Unsupported payment method - your payment method may not be supported by the app store. The list of available payment methods can be found in the relevant sections of the App Store and Google Play.
When trying to make a purchase on Android, I get the "Oops! Something went wrong..." message.
In some countries, you cannot make purchases in Android and iOS stores. If that's not the issue, try clearing the Google Play cache and logging in to the app again.
