How do I find out my support ID?

The Support ID consists of 12 letters and numbers and has the following format -      AAAA-AAAA-AAAA. You can find it in the settings in the bottom left corner of the screen. You can also view the Support ID on the download screen in the upper left corner. Take a screenshot or write down your Support ID if you decide to reinstall the game or if you choose the wrong option when saving your progress. You will also need to provide it when contacting the support service.
