How do I restore my game progress?

You can restore the previous game progress by yourself only if your game is connected to a Facebook account.
To restore the progress on the device, go to the game settings and tap the button to connect the game profile to the Facebook account to which you linked the profile earlier; then tap the same button again. A menu with two options will appear - "Local" and "Server". To download the game data saved on the server, tap "Server", and your progress will be restored.

If you have not used this function before and if after reinstalling the game you found yourself on level 1, contact the support through our website (button "Start a conversation" in the upper right corner of the screen here), and send us your previous Support ID, current Support ID and any receipts for the purchases made in the game.

If you don't remember the Support ID, check if you have any screenshots where it is visible.
