How can I upgrade a building?

To upgrade a building, click on it. You will see an orange button "Upgrade". Or the button will be inactive, and the level required for improvement will be displayed.

In the Upgrade window, you will see the level of the building and the necessary resources. Once you accumulate them, use them and the building will instantly improve.
